The profile photo is designed to use a landscape image (horizontal orientation, I.E. 700x560) and will not allow for the full image to be displayed if you are trying to use a portrait (vertical) image instead. If your problem persists, you may try uploading from a different device and/or browser.

Look for your profile link in any of our official Competition emails. You can easily copy and share the link with anyone you’d like.
You can use your Free Daily Vote once every 24 hours and you can cast donation votes for your favorite Competitor at any time.
There will always be a slight delay from the time you change your profile photo to the time your photo is updated for Facebook sharing. We recommend minimizing the number of times you update your profile photo to prevent this delay.
Yes! Every purchased vote is a direct donation to DTCare and are deductible for federal income tax purposes. DTCare will then subsequently make a grant to B+ Foundation after the winner is announced. Donors will receive a receipt via email.
We have a strict “no refund” policy which Voters agree to when they make a donation. Since winners are decided based upon votes the public casts, we do not issue refunds once a vote has been fully processed in our system.
No. Colossal.org runs the Greatest Baker competition as part of a fundraising campaign on behalf of DTCare, a 501 (c)(3) charity, and has secured an advertorial in Bake from Scratch magazine. This feature is paid advertising for The Greatest Baker competition and is not produced by Bake from Scratch magazine or its editors.
