I started by making pies but I have really grown to LOVE baking cakes! I like experimenting with different icing and batter flavours and getting creative with decorating the cake. I like trying more complicated recipes as I go.
How long have you been baking?I started baking when I was 9. I come from a pie family. My signature pie was coconut cream. I make everything from scratch and I love sharing and bringing people together to eat.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would first pay off my debts and then I would do some traveling with my partner to meet our family in and out of the country. I would also take my mother on a trip to Montreal. Any money left over will be invested into my creative passions which not only include baking but sculpting and painting as well.
