I've been baking my whole life. The earliest photo of me baking is me at 3 years old decorating a cake with my aunt. Food has always been a love language in my family, and I learned a lot from my mom, aunt and grandma. When I was 18 I attended culinary school, graduated and got a job as a pastry chef. I spent the next 12 years travelling the country and the world working in the best cafes/ restaurants/ bakeries/ butchers/ patisseries that I could find learning everything I could.

Firstly, my girlfriend and I will be going on a long awaited, much needed vacation. The majority of the winnings will go towards expanding my business. I want to create a place where everyone feels welcomed, not just in who they are but also what they can eat. My dogs will also get some new toys.
