It makes me very happy to bake cause I know that my breads make my customers feel special things. Many tell me that they remind them of their childhood, of their loved ones who are no longer here and some cry when they remember their country (Mexico). It makes me happy to make them feel in their safe place. I also have a lot of fun creating new breads and mixing different flavours and textures. I am excited by the result of my creations.

I begun to baking when I had my first daughter ( 13 years ago) because she had allergies to milk and I had to learn how make cakes without milk. After this, every time we celebrate her birthdays, their friends mothers asked me to make the cakes for their parties and that’s how I started with this dream. I would like to fulfill my dream of opening my own cafe and bakery. My dream is to be able to share the love I put into making it in every little piece of bread. It’s very hard to be far from home and I know that by eating my bread they feel a little closer to home. It’s like giving them a hug to their soul.
