Learn MoreI love baking a variety of treats! Some of my favorites include chocolate chip walnut banana cake, colorful (yet sometimes challenging) French macarons, and rich dried fruits Christmas cake. I also enjoy making chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes with my 6-year-old daughter, Clara Evelyn. healthy banana, almond flour cake loaves, date cake with cashew nuts, and sometimes even homemade bread for my kids. Pumpkin spice cake is another favorite! Trying out new flavors has always been a passion.

What would you do with the $20,000?I plan to use the prize money to expand my baking space, and support this competition’s important cause. Having lost my sister and mother-in-law to cancer, this cause is very close to my heart.
