My favourite things to bake specifically is cakes & brownies. Im always fascinated about the science of baking , the thought of just mixing a few ingredients together to make a delicious dessert blows my mind.
How long have you been baking?I've been baking since I was 17yrs old now 23,still baking,practising & growing as a individual in the kitchen & at home. I grew up baking with my late Granddad & a little bit with my late Grandma when I was a little child, not knowing that I'd enjoy every moment & laughter with them. Watching my favourite bakers on TV like Paul hollywood, Cakeboss & Duff, who have inspired me to have fun & express my creativity through baking. I became a baker because of my Grandparents.
What would you do with the $20,000?It has been on my heart, that I have always wanted to create my very own recipe book. Sharing recipes with people who also enjoy baking whether they're a beginner or love baking for fun. I would also like to set up a food stand, where I can give mini cute cakes & cooked food to feed the poor & give money to charity. I would also like to start a my own cake business. It is my dream. :)
