We specialize in organic sourdough breads and organic or mostly all organic sourdough based baked goods! Ranging from cookies to cakes we love baking with easy and real ingredients. Managing food allergies has been eye opening with ingredients in our foods and we are excited to offer organic options to our community!
How long have you been baking?Baking found me during a difficult journey of my life, my husband and I were trying to start our family and ended up needing to use IVF. We struggled for years in this process and during that time baking brought a sense of calm and control I needed. It took my mind off the hard times and gave me something to focus on. After finally have our little girl I felt a need to help provide for our family and started my micro bakery in 2023 and recently my husband joined me in the business!
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use the money to buy much needed equipment to help keep up with the demand of our products. I would also use part of it to enroll in professional baking classes to help grow our knowledge and skills.
