Cake pops of course-and the base of a really gourmet tasting cake pop is the cake! My favorite flavors to bake are at Christmas. My sugar cookie and gingerbread cake pops bring all the Christmas nostalgia and are even topped with mini cookies.
How long have you been baking?I’ve been baking since I was a little girl. My mom used to let my brother and I help her in the kitchen and that’s how I learned to bake pies, cookies, and CAKES. I grew to love it and so began the dream of opening a bakery. I’ve been baking cake pops as a small business owner and ‘cake pop artist’ for 3 years.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would love to expand my small business by purchasing a cake pop mobile. A small food truck or van to be able to deliver cake pops to more and more cake pop fans! It would be a great addition for special events and markets.
