Learn MoreMy favorite thing to bake is breads. I have skill in a lot of areas but breads is my favorite. I enjoy the art of different structures and patterns, especially flavors with sourdough. My favorite to make is focaccia.
How long have you been baking?I have been in school for baking since i was about 15, I started as a kid and fell in love with it. I did a vocational program for culinary/baking in highschool from sophomore to senior year at the WACTC in Warwick, Rhode Island. I am now a seventh semester college student graduating with bachelors at the Culinary Institute of America.
What would you do with the $20,000?With the $20,000 reward, I would love to use it towards my education and family. My parents and my brother deserve everything and have put a lot of money towards my career. This money would be so helpful and would help start my career. By helping my tuition, I could also use some of the money to open my own bakery in Rhode Island which has been my dream since a little girl. Thank you for even considering me, it’s truly an honor!
