Connect What's your favorite thing to bake?

I truly enjoy executing creative & artistic pastries and multi-tiered cakes. I love to incorporate many different techniques, vibrant colors, and savory flavors into my creations. There are endless possibilities that can be incorporated into these works of art and deliciousness. It can be fun, colorful, enjoyable, precise, and innovative at the same time, which is something the entrepreneur in me loves! I’ve blossomed as a cake artist at Autumn Nomad in NH & acquired new skills!

How long have you been baking?

I’ve been baking since I was young, but really got into when I was 14, working at an ice cream shop and was told I was going to learn how to make ice cream cakes and ever since then, I’ve taken every opportunity I can to learn and grow including doing an internship in Las Vegas and creating my own baking business at home! Now, I’m a junior double majoring in Baking & Pastry Arts and Entrepreneurship at JWU in Providence, RI to rise as a pastry chef and exert excellence.

What would you do with the $20,000?

The $20,000 dollars would go towards paying for college and building my many future baking ventures and a food hall👀 I’d also like to take my parents out to a nice meal as a thank you for their endless support and unconditional belief in me, my abilities, and future businesses.
