While I love making plated desserts, cakes have a special place in my heart. I enjoy the feeling of having a blank canvas that I can watch transform in front of my eyes.
How long have you been baking?I started baking a couple of years before the pandemic started, but it wasn't something I did very often at that time. I used the time at home during the pandemic to learn more skills and bake treats for my family.
