My favorite thing to bake is cheesecakes. Cheesecake, being my favorite dessert can get so creative with different flavor combinations. They can also be very temperamental requiring precision. Cheesecakes allow me to put flavors together that I wouldn’t normally put together.
How long have you been baking?I have been baking since I was 15 along with my self taught mother. I’ve always been in the kitchen with my mom growing up watching her make breads, cookies, cakes and so much more from scratch.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use the money to build up my small business. This would include licenses, equipment, marketing and much more. The money would definitely assist in the debt I have also gone in from starting my small baking business from home.
