I love making the original sourdough boules but I have found lots of joy in creating new recipes for cookies, brownies, cakes, and more that include my sourdough discard!
How long have you been baking?I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching Buddy and have always wanted my own bakery. After having my Chiari Malformation brain surgery, I told myself I have 1 life and this is what I wanted to do. I have been baking and able to get my baking out to the community for about a year! I have worked so hard to be here and I am so thankful!
What would you do with the $20,000?I would definitely start by trying to kick start opening my own place here in my little town. I’ve had a lot of people ask me when I was going to open a store front, and I can’t wait to make that happen!
