How long have you been baking?I’ve cooked for the last 7 years, starting in high school in culinary class to have a creative outlet. Since then I’ve graduated culinary school with an AS degree and I’ve worked in some of the top steakhouses in Louisville. I’ve worked as a pastry cook, a pastry assistant, a line cook, and a kitchen assistant.
What would you do with the $20,000?Id love to use it to go back to school for baking to expand my culinary knowledge and skills. Someday I see myself traveling and learning about food in other cultures as a whole. To go overseas and try authentic cuisine is a great dream of mine.
