It’s all about the classic chocolate chip cookie! There’s something enchanting about achieving the perfect balance of crispy edges and gooey center. Getting the synergy of ingredients and cook time just right is super rewarding!
How long have you been baking?I started my cottage bakery, Sea Sweets, in February 2024 and have baked almost daily since then. I run my “boat based boulangerie” from the beautiful waters of Southwest Florida! My passion was born in childhood, however, when I spent many a weekend in my Nonna’s kitchen cooking with her and absorbing her love and passion for amazing food.
What would you do with the $20,000?In addition to using these funds to expand my business - I would like to fix some things around my property caused by the recent storms that hit our area, as well as take my loved ones on a much needed vacation!
