The favourite thing I like to bake is sculpted and structured cakes. I love taking time to put extra detail into every cake I make. The bigger the challenge the better I perform.
How long have you been baking?I have been baking for approximately 7 years. It all started as a hobby for my mother in law and wife, then they started getting busy and I would stay after my regular job to help them finish orders. This is how I fell in love with cake design. Since I have learned and studied this art as my full time job. All while running a family cake business that grew on us based on delivering exceptional art pieces.
What would you do with the $20,000?I have a dream that I have worked to get to for a long time. Owning my own cakery bake shop! This amount of money would help me move from a home based business to an actual storefront facility to be able to grow and make my family proud. This is the legacy I want to leave for my future generations.
