Brioche bagel bread biscuit baguette are some of my favorites things to bake! Who can resist in front of my pizzas ? It's always a win! A genoise with some lemon curd nemelaka crumble and creative topings like peach or cherry sauce and lyophylized berries dressed "à l'assiette" litterally represent my sweet soul: full of caracther!
How long have you been baking?Since my young age I experiment in the kitchen. I learn that food is not only fondamental need but its a way to share love and good moment. We create hapiness by great dish , spreading some love and give it to someone you care. I recently share my passion with young First Nations at work and they're very talentend too! I'm very proud of it 🙌
What would you do with the $20,000?My kitchen really need love! I would invest in baking equipement and step my passion to another level. There is literally no floor ar some place But! I do great things in this conditions and I discovered that I had a real gift for cooking. 20 000$ means a lot to me and I would feel more confident about my baking in a upgraded kitchen.
