My favorite thing to bake is cake! I love creating large cakes that add the perfect finishing touch to any event, along with adorable treats to match. My absolute favorite cakes to make are character cakes for children—they bring out the kid in me!
How long have you been baking?I’ve been baking professionally for five years, but my passion for baking started in childhood. I graduated high school early at 17 and launched my baking business right away. Now, at 22, with a culinary degree, baking remains my absolute favorite thing in the world!
What would you do with the $20,000?If I win the $20,000, I would invest it in expanding my cake business and building my dream cake studio and bakery. Being a home baker has been wonderful, but nothing excites me more than growing beyond my family’s home!
