There are a few actually. So many rave about my chocolate cake, because it reminds them of a brownie. I personally love my carrot and red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream. They are just so moist and melt in your mouth. The cream cheese is just the right sweetness and compliments the cake perfectly.How long have you been baking?
I have been baking since I was 13. I had developed a passion to explore dessert recipes from all around the world, and didn’t stop since then. I took baking as a profession almost 7 years ago and I love what I do. All those smiles captured in photos with my creations is what keeps me going and so worth it!What is your best baking secret?
If there’s passion, nothing will stop you! You really have to love what you do. I was on the verge of quitting a few times because I would take on more than I could handle, but something kept pulling me back and it was the passion I had for baking! And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
