I absolutely love creating new and unique recipes from memories of my childhood! Cookies, cakes, bars, pies, pastries, confections...I love them all, and I have so much fun thinking of fun ways to update all of the goodies I grew up enjoying!How long have you been baking?
My earliest memory was getting an Easy Bake Oven from my Father when I was 5 years old, and the rest is history! I was always making up my own recipes to bake by that little lightbulb that took about an hour, but the joy I felt when I was being creative was immeasurable. I still feel that same incredible joy when I'm in my kitchen creating new recipes!What is your best baking secret?
The most important part of making sure my recipes turn out well, is to use the very best ingredients. Real butter, pure vanilla extract, the best quality flour, chocolate, eggs, etc. No imitation anything goes into my recipes and making sure all of my ingredients are really fresh makes a big difference too!
