While I love baking cookies and cupcakes, my favorite thing to bake is cakes. Cakes allow me so much creative freedom and are a much bigger challenge for me, which makes the end results that much more satisfying. Creating new recipes, changing ingredients, molding fondant, freehand piping/drawing - it’s so much fun to do for me!

I started baking at 10 years old when Cake Boss sparked my interest! My first solo cake was for my younger brother’s birthday and being able to bake & decorate it all on my own gave me the motivation to keep going more. Since then, my creativity has blossomed and I’ve had the opportunity to create some awesome (& delicious) bakes for friends and family. Being able to make someone’s idea come to life with my cakes, and knowing my hands created it, is a rewarding feeling!

My parents’ support and motivation have contributed greatly to making me the person I am today. They have supported me through all of my struggles and allowed me to move back in with them when I needed it - my mom has even stayed up with me countless times to help me finish cakes!! Her creativity and assistance are part of these cakes too.
