Probably since I can walk…professionally since 1994… I did my apprenticeship in the South of Germany, where you attend 3 years of vocational school and work at a bakery/ pastry shop at the same time. Afterwards I traveled a lot and worked in several hotels and pastry shops to improve my skills and get exposure to new ideas. Baking is a lifelong learning process and for me that’s a big part of the fun and all the creativity you can put into baking & creating.What is your best baking secret?
Always put a pinch of salt and a ton of love into your baking!
