I been baking since I was 10 years old! Back then I wasn’t allowed in the kitchen without supervision, so while my parents were at work my Abuela(Grandmother) would come over and teach me and allow me to experiment with all sorts of different recipes and ingredients! To this day I still follow her ideals and guidance when baking. I will always remember her saying to me “That your best tools are your hands”What is your best baking secret?
Always sift your flour, this will make your batter silky smooth AND do everything by hand! :)
