What is your signature bake?

My gluten free Cinnamon Rolls will make you reconsider every negative thing you’ve heard about gluten free baking. They’re fluffy...spiced just right...and topped with cream cheese icing.

How long have you been baking?

Honestly I’ve been baking since I could open a box of cake mix. My mom loves to tell stories of how she’d go to bed and the next morning there was a cake in the kitchen because over in the night I decided to bake a cake.

What is your best baking secret?

More of a tip than a secret but coconut oil is magical and can be a great alternative for butter. I suggest using a refined coconut oil as it doesn’t have that coconut flavor.
